Design and deliver a high-impact two-day National Business Conference in Bengaluru for Kia India, bringing together 200+ Dealer Principals to align on future strategy, celebrate performance, and strengthen partner relationships through a well-curated and engaging experience.

To execute a large-scale, multi-format program with precision, ensuring seamless flow across sessions, recognition moments, entertainment, and movement of guests, while maintaining a consistently elevated experience that reflected Kia’s standards of excellence.

THE IDEA

A carefully orchestrated two-day experience that balanced business with celebration, designed to keep engagement high while ensuring effortless transitions throughout. Leadership sessions and strategic addressals were complemented by a high-impact Rewards & Recognition segment, brought to life through curated performances and interactive touchpoints that elevated the evening.

The experience extended into a plant visit, offering guests a first-hand look at Kia’s manufacturing excellence. Every touchpoint was designed to feel seamless, premium, and reflective of Kia’s commitment to precision and excellence.
