Curate a memorable and immersive evening to unveil the new chapter of the 100 Piper’s Legacy Project.

THE CHALLENGE

To curate an immersive space that celebrated the art of calligraphy while embodying the ethos of revival via the Legacy Project. The event needed to culminate in a show-stopping unveiling of the six bespoke limited edition packs, a moment of artistic and emotional resonance that would anchor the evening’s narrative. Every detail—from interactive engagements to the F&B experience—had to seamlessly align with the cause of revival to create a cohesive journey that honors the craftsmanship and cultural significance of calligraphy.

THE IDEA

An enchanting evening at Museo Camera, Gurgaon, brought to life in collaboration with six extraordinary calligraphers, each showcasing their unique mastery of the craft. Guided by the theme "The Ink-redible Revival of Calligraphy," the event celebrated the fusion of art, storytelling, and the spirit of revival. Through carefully curated immersions that included a collective canvas, a customization corner, an extravagant bottle display/ photo op, and a Legacy Bar inspired by the fluidity of calligraphy, guests were invited to engage deeply with the art form. The highlight of the evening was the mesmerizing unveiling of six bespoke bottle packs, brought to life with a spoken word segment by Kalki Koechlin.

THE ASK

Curating a memorable two-day experience in Bengaluru for Kia India’s National Business Conference, that brought together over 200 premium Dealer Principals to engage, motivate, and align the top dealers with the brand’s future growth strategy.

The challenge lay in crafting an experience that resonated deeply with Kia’s elite Dealer Principals while seamlessly embodying Kia’s ethos of excellence. This multifaceted program required meticulous planning and flawless execution, elevating every element- from entertainment to logistics- to create a cohesive and immersive atmosphere that showcased Kia’s vision for the future.

A celebration of progress and partnership that pillared on inspiration, innovation, and collaboration, stitched together by illuminating leadership sessions, enthralling performances by leading icons, and an immersive KIA plant tour. Each element was designed to foster connection and strengthen Kia’s relationship with its premium dealer network.
